dull boring pain

chief complain : pain at the lower back left and right jaw (especially on the right side)
history of chief complain :

• site : as mentioned above
• onset : sudden
• characteristic : as the title of the post 
• radiation : pain is localized
• associated symptoms : palpable and tender lymph node, irritability
• time : 20 minutes?? maybe???
• exacerbating and relieving factors : pain worsen on mastication and any pressure on the retromolar pad area
• severity : SAKIT GILA NAK MAKAN KAU TAU X??? AKU NAK MAKAN LAH.. RETI BAHASA??? 

dalam bahasa lain... aku sakit gigi. gigi bongsu nak keluar. nak keluar tu keluar je lah, xyah nak menyusahkan org. kalau nak menyusahkan org lain, duk dalam tulang tu diam-diam. faham? 

rasa mcm nak pegi UIA nak mintak cabutkan gigi ni by doc nazih ke, doc lini ke, dato' ke.. xkisah la sape2.. ke nak buat operculectomy pun aku xkisah. asal xsakit n aku dapat makan. hemph! 

tapi....... doc iswan xbg buang gigi bongsu lagi selagi treatment ortho xhabis.... mcm mn ni? =(
